HOW Magazine asked us to create a dramatic cover for their Typography Annual. We ran with the simple concept “Typeface” and included a pattern of illustrated words from our stock lettering collection, the latest addition to the ever-expanding CSA Images library.
This stock lettering collection contains a series of hand-illustrated graphic words and short phrases. CSA illustrated words are based on thousands of rare, hand-drawn, beautifully imperfect letter forms, in addition to obscure and classic versions of metal and photo type fonts that span the history of typography.
